This award is based on the sole discretion of the Chair and generally reflects an individual who provides non-judgement support, advise, assistance and/mentorship to the Chair directly in his/her role in leading the Associations Mission and Vision. This individual generally makes significant contributions to the residential construction industry locally and beyond.
