Guidelines and Instructions

The 2025 ACE Awards pertain to projects launched or ongoing in the 2025 fiscal year - between November 1, 2024 and October 31 of the current year. Builders, professionals, suppliers, manufacturers, tradepersons, contractors and any other QHBA member are eligible to submit applications for the 2025 ACE Awards pursuant to the following eligibility requirements:

  • The applicant must be a member in good standing of the QHBA on the night of the 2025 ACE Awards in order to be elgible to receive an award.
  • Non-member nominees will be advised of their nomination but will only be eligible for an award if their QHBA Certified Membership Application is approved before the submission deadline. 
  • All entries must be for projects active between November 1, 2024 and October 31 of the current year.
  • All projects must be located in our local region.
